If a background check has been pending for a long time this may be because your applicant has not completed the approval process with Transunion.

Please have your applicant check their email and follow the link provided to initiate their background check. Once their part is completed, the background and credit report will be available directly within your EasyRent portal.

If your applicant was locked out of Transunion or has other issues/concerns please have them call 866-775-0961.
